What we collect
When you submit the assessment form, the information you enter — such as your name, contact details and medical history — is sent securely to our team by e-mail and used solely to assess your case and communicate with you. Form data is not stored in a database on the website.
Website statistics
To understand how the website is used, we record anonymous visit information without cookies: pages viewed, time spent on each page, how far a page was scrolled, the referring website, device type, approximate city and country derived from the IP address, and clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and e-mail buttons. IP addresses are not stored or included in reports; visit data is kept only temporarily in memory and in standard server logs.

Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
